oh good i hope things work out ok with your friend. i really doubt she would stop helping you, especially as someone would be helping with the dog. she might have her quirks but she sounds like a good friend, to offer to help in the first place and i doubt that is conditional, i mean unless you went and bought a yacht or something!

as to the pasta - special in what way? is it more calories? because 2 ounces is not that much.

when we have pasta for a meal, we have about 3 ounces (500 grams serves the three of us twice).

when i was alone, i would sometimes have a little more than that - about 4 ounces probably - in the US i think i used to eat about 1/4 of a package at a time (16oz package) when i made it for a late dinner.

she is a wonderful friend. http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com/ppc_...FSQ65QodSDwzKA that is the sphagetti with the low glycemic index. I don't know if the welbrutin is affecting my appetite and my anger or all the medical stuff that has been going on. Today hopefully will be the last two medical tests i am taking. i should leave in an hour.
I wish normals would get it how hard it is most of the time for bipolars to make it through the day. nobody seems to get it.
interesting about the amount of spaghetti you ate. I hate being super fat

Dear Bobby,

wellbutrin tends to decrease appetite. it can even cause anorexia. doesn't mean an individual cannot react differently, just that it is unlikely that it was the wellbutrin.

i am going to look up that link for the pasta now, i am curious!

i understand hating being fat. i don't feel right just having more on me than usual. i hope you can resolve it in time.

love

Red face

WE made turkey spagetti and made it wil angel hair pasta, harder to eat long little noodles so I mostly ate the turkey out of it and left the noodles.
they did not taste good to me. the sause was a lite sause so maybe that interferred with the pasta?
I am grateful that waves has been on line to help offer support.
((((hugs to you today)))))
I will be sending good thoughts your way for these tests....wehn you get home you can relax.

Default hey there

Dear Bobby,

how are you doing today?

did the tests go ok for you yesterday?

that dreamfields pasta looks interesting... much fewer calories since many of the carbohydrates cannot be absorbed. cool!

Dear Beth,
i love angel hair but yes it can be tricky to eat it is very fine and tends to clump especially if it is bought in the "nest" form, and/or if it is overcooked which happens incredibly easily, again because of how fine it is. we don't eat regular spaghetti ever though - only vermicelli, which have a thickness in between spaghetti and angel hair.

today i really crashed frighteningly....my thoughts were the worse.
the tests went okay yesterday. i don't have bloodclots in my legs and i don't think i have any in my lungs.
I went overboard with one of the technicians who was 23 and she asked a lot about depression and general depression and death.I didn't take care of myself so I think I really helped her but in the process harmed myself.
I am terrified about getting a dog but i made a step closer to getting one
my life is just filled with terror and loneliness

i never learned to take care ofmyself unless i was playing sports....then i was protective. my parents or bipolar didn't f^&k that up for me
thank you for the compliments. I sent in the money to buy the salt and pepper three month old schnauzer ...i am flying. i hope it isn't a scam but i don't think so. i finally feel as if i had some life breathed into me , i was able to walk slowly to the bank without panicing or needing a rest and told the teller about the dog.
they will deliver the dog if all goes well...she is sending me pictures of the pup.....so far i haven't received them
