You seem to be on a good path for yourself.
I think you are right about the med issues requiring us to be alert. Also to be firm in our dealings with people for example..........protect ourselves. All of that is good I believe.

This is very true!
setting up what is acceptable behavior from someone and then not rewarding bad behavior....I choose to ignore bad behavior as a self protective measure.
It is like being able to choose your friends....
there is also the word "limits"
limits and boundaries are both great words!
