Hi,

My boss got mean and witchy with me today.
I mostly kept my cool in front of her.

A few hours later I went to one of the bigger bosses crying.
It was awful and I am still not calm.
I wish I were working on more sleep.

The big boss 100% sided with me.

I definately understand. I've had bosses scream at me when I walked by the office. One time I became outraged,and there where no places where I could go,and cool off. All I did was hang up my jacket before I punched in on the time clock.

They take it out on who they think that they can. If they do it long enough,like they did to me,you become angry going inside the door. I was a wounded person when I left. (More wounded) BF

We did not have a big conflict -- not the yelling kind.
She was making a change to something that was going to make my life miserable. She was being arbitrary. I told her to change back the way things have been for years.
She was acting like she was doing was for the good of the organization.
She was doing it to show that she has control.

Things were different in the big boss's office. She took care of what I needed with my barely having to explain. She hugged me.

But I blame her for letting the other boss get away with garbage . . .

I'm a mess.

I have to see the sleep doc tomorrow.
What a joke.

I'm not sure what is happening.

I wasn't even dressed right until after a few hours into my day when someone pointed out that I had the leg of one of my pants tucked into my knee hi's.
I'm surprised I almost function.

I am so sorry. you are going through so much pain and it is not your fault.
lately i have been saying in some situations that i am not to blame out loud and you have to take care of it. i don't know why i have waited this late in my life to say it but it is beginning to come out. it should have come out years ago. it is not whining either.it is a statement as if i am finally standing up for myself. I HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT AS LONG AS I HAVE HAD TO WAIT. I AM SURE THE KIDS YOU TEACH LOVE YOU WHETHER YOU HAVE YOUR PANTS TUCKED INTO YOUR HOSE OR NOT. You must be so very stressed out. Oh Mari! I am so sorry that you had to go through such a manipulative move by the under boss. That was just so worng of her to put you through, at least the higher up understood and was able to comfort you. Hang in there. We're all sending you loving thoughts. Good luck at the sleep doc's. I hope you get some sleep soon.

I had that happen once and my boss was such a witch. She wanted me to sign a write up and I did. But I put on the write up that I did not agree with it. I took it up with HR and they removed it from my records. She got in trouble and was not happy with me. The good news is she never bothered me again. hahaha
