Okay I did lots better yesterday.
I had a salad, the Pecan Apple salad from Wendy's. And ice tea. Today I had a Tuna salad and pecan's with tomato and lettuce from my favorite lunch place. I really enjoyed both. I had some turkey for supper. I've been drinking water. Donna |

WEll I have been running hypo manic now for a while....when do I think it is serious? can't i have an obcession...dieting exercising...and not become hypomanic? I am sleeping fine....
work is fine, jeff and I are fine, diet is going well except for occasional drinking binges....sunday went way over board, jeff was designated driver. out with a girl friend and she said to me today...that I was " the life of the party"...I felt like crap today. I am never the life of the party. I asked her if I embarressed her...she said no. hummmmmm bizi
