right now, am starting to give up sugar.
there I said it. I threw out the rest of the chocolate left over from holidays. put the cho covered almonds that jeff wants hiden in the cupboard. I need to follow a gluten free diet. how do I do this and eat at subway every day? I guess I can eat the meats and have a salad with cheese, it will be more expensive. I also am trying something new. I am stopping the use of all of my acne meds to give my skin a chance to balance itself. so no more products on my face only water. no make up, touching my face at all, not picking at pimples. I am really going to try to keep my hands off of my face. Wish me luck! bizi
