Thanks guys!

The tattoo still needs some shading (when I can afford it). It's thinner around the back of my neck.
It didn't hurt (but then again, I don't have a lot of feeling from the MS). I actually could have fallen asleep... I had the warm fuzzies from the base of my spine up my neck.

the tattoo is so gorgeous....what a special gift you gave to yourself...sorry i didn't answer sooner..i was offline until just now...a cable fell off my monitor and i didn't know it and then had a hard time attaching it when a friend told me last night that was the problem.
i had a major breakthru for why i punish myself so much....i have finally forgiven myself that i am bipolar and can not accomplish the things that i want to accomplish and felt i should be able to accomplish and instead fail at...when i fail at them, i beat myself up...so simple...after all these years...i figured it out.....wow

i am so mentally exhausted. I am physically exhausted too. everything is one huge effort. I have to return thecomputer but a neighbor said she would help me. A friend told me that ups could pick it up. I didn't know that. I have been screwing up with the state sales tax --i didn't know i had to pay it so that is one huge mess and a scarey one. my girlfriend scared me about my teeth and my procrastination. i just want to collapse.....

Dear Bobby,

Take one step at a time. You can handle those things you list. They are not fun, but you can get them done. For me sometimes I to do these kinds of things with no feeling or attachments to them. I get them done and move on to the next thing. OK. I'm not good at this yet, but for certain things I can do it. I've been practicing, you might say.

I'm sorry that you are having a hard time. Can you get the friend's accountant person to do it for you? That might be an easy job for someone who is used to dealing with it.

i just called the accountant but got voicemail and didn't follow the instructions...guess i should call back again. in the spring i hope to get myself to have my teeth done..it will be a big job...i started taking topamax again but that made things worse

how did the topamax make things worse? did your pdoc suggest that you start back onit?

i went manic even though i went back on the topamax but i had trouble remembering words. just like before so the topamax didn't help for the manic stuff and interfered with my thinking dopamax...
i called the accountant twice already
i don't want to be a pest
