When hubby moved in with me last Oct., I quit exercising.
I think that my fragile exericse schedule was disrupted by his energies. Also, after I bought him a gym memebership at my gym, I stopped going to the gym altogether. The gym thing stopped working for me. I gained weight. And started feeling more depressed and for longer stretches. I've been to Yoga and to the park to walk a handful of time since last year. Yoga tonight was hard because I am out of shape and out of practice. The class did stretches I could not attempt tonight that I could have done with relative ease a year ago. The two hour class takes a lot of courage. But I felt better phsyically afterwards. I want to remind myself how I feel tonight so that I can keep it up. Mari |
