Wink remembering and forgetting
the other night at the table, my mom said she just remembered she'd forgotten to take her lecithin. i'm supposed to take it too, and i too had forgotten, but i didn't feel like taking it either. so.... i answered her,

well then, forget that you remembered that you forgot, and let's just eat!

sorry... your post title reminded me of that episode.

i hope you are doing well with the Cymbalta so far. (and remembering not to forget! )

btw, had you ever tried Effexor before?
