Heart hmmmm.... do you mean you are getting a cold?

Good to see you Pam!

Sorry about this breathing/anxiety dealy, ugh.

i am a bit confused....

which came first, the chicken or the egg? i mean, was it apnea, resulting in scare/anxiety attack, or could it have been a primary anxiety attack?

do you need to have your cpap checked/calibrated? or are you getting a cold (you mention 'getting sick') and that is making it hard to breathe?

wellllll.... i hope the migraine resolves, and that you can breathe ok, and that you manage to sleep well after all.

glad y'all had a good halloween and are looking forward to the upcoming holidays.

(((hugs)))
