On Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm I woke up different --- not sure different how exactly -- maybe less anxiety.
Saturday night I tried to stay awake. I slept 5.5 hours even though I struggled to stay awake. I slept from 12:30 am t0 6:00 --- very unusual times for me. I got out of bed and took my meds. I think I will brush my teeth and go back to bed now. M. |

while i am aware you were doing some therapeutic work which might have induced a "shift" in letting you sleep, this sudden and overpowering somnolonce does seem strange.... ![]() i can't help wondering if something else could be going on. maybe you took extra meds by accident? took OTC meds or ate/drank anything different, that could have augmented the effect of Klonopin. if this continues, i'd like you to call the doctor please. i do hope you are alright! ![]() it would be nice if it is indeed a psychological "shift" but it is weird and i am concerned. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ~ waves ~ |

You may just be having a problem with adjusting your sleep cycle?
Or maybe as Waves suggested, oversedation? Or an increased need for sleep due to an upcoming cold virus? I hope that you are able to keep sleeping, and that it ends up being a good thing! Kay |

I still think it is your body saying that you have been sleep deprived for too long..."I need to sleep" said your body!....In my opinion.....

You know yourself the best. If your sleep feels good, no doubt it is. lots of healing happens when you sleep. I sleep over nine, and love every minute. Then I am ready for the day. How do you feel now? I was watching what people posted. If you feel a sickie feel to it, go to the doctor. I keep a med. journal just to make sure I do not take more meds. than I should, then there is never a question as I check under each med. This works for me. hope you are ok. ginnie
