Hoping things get better soon Mari, sounds like you need more rest, I hope that you're feeling better soon. Thinking of you....:grouphug:

I'm so sorry Mari!

I hope that you are able to find some emotional and physical space... it sounds like you need it to recharge. Oh, and I hope for sleep for you, too!:hug::hug:

I desperately need rest.
I feel kind of shaky / scattered . . . . .brain is off.
Crying. Sad. Lost.
still helping others as we sort of start planning the memorial.
. . . . .My teaching load and the morning hours are going to increase starting next week. . . . .More work AGAIN.
Ambien stunk last night. I won't take it tonight.
I will stick to my regular Klonopin.

I first met the dead colleague in grad school in the 1980s. We started working together about 10 years ago. When I cleaned / straightened the office on Thursday, I saw his work in his files. He was brilliant and serious about his students.

I told my sis if I end up in the hospital, she is to instruct hubby to stay calm and to work on getting me out.

I can't think about sleeping.
Sis said to take some Lunesta since I have some that worked the last time I took it a year ago.

Dear Mari

i hope the conference was less heavy - every which way - than work might have been. and that you managed to get some rest last night, or, since it is still night for you, that you are resting now. sending you peaceful thoughts

Oh Mari! I'm sad to see that this is a concern for you right now!
You HAVE to find some way to get time for yourself, and to get some rest.

I can understand your grief- that's a long time to know someone, and it's only natural that you are having trouble right now. You have to take care of yourself before you can help/take care of others for right now tho. If helping with the memorial service becomes too much, take a step back. Everyone will have to understand that you are not superwoman.

Take care (((((((BIG HUGS))))))

My computer is home w/ me

I went to the mall and got lost in the parking garage for 45 minutes.
I felt like I was loosing control.
Somehow I got in and got my computer.

On the way home, I called hubby and told him he really needs to help me with
1. setting up the computer
2. getting to bed
