I'm happy you didn't lose much when your computer pooped out on you! I rely on my bookmarks A LOT, so those would be a big loss to me.
It sounds like you've made a lot of upgrades- that can be time consuming, but I hope that they all serve to enhance your mac experience!

I get lost a lot and can relate to the emotions there... but you have so much going on that I'm sure it was a terrible experience! Losing someone dear to you can certainly enhance the feeling of being out of control.

I hope that you're having a better day today, Mari. I just want to give you a hug! I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Mari

Thanks folks.

I forgot about how much work it is when someone dies.

A psychologist came to talk to one class of students and me. It probably helped them. I appreciated some of their stories of my colleague teaching their class. I told my own classes to cut me a lot of slack.

I know I took my night meds hours ago but I don't feel them. I might take them again. More seems better than less.

I last talked to my work buddy Friday afternoon -- except for quick work stuff between tasks during the day Monday. It felt like an eternity between calls. After we talked Monday night, I felt so much relief.
