UGH!!! this afternoon, my right knee started hurting me for no reason!
My left knee was injured last month due to the fall...and I was going to have that looked at when i see the ortho on next wednesday. My right knee is probably just overworked chronic stress related due to my job, down on my knees everyday washing peoples feet. I came home right after that and took 800mg of advil and glass of milk and iced it for 20 minutes. I am just going to have to pay attention to my activities, I may have to have my assistant wash their feet too....just what I need...something else to worry about...and another physical problem... sigh bizi
