Bizi, you were sounding like the walking wounded for a while...

I'm glad your left knee and shoulder feel better today. The left knee was probably sore because you were relying on it because of the painful right knee.

I remember all the bending, leaning, and squatting while taking care of patients... all you can do is be aware of what you are doing and try to stay in good shape.
It sounds like you are already doing everything you can.
