Hi, Bizi and Waves,

I slept seven or eight uninterrupted hours. I felt like a million dollars. . .. even got to work on time....

But I'm working with a huge sleep deficit so I was edgy and jumpy and whiny all day.
Tonight I watched corny movies on tv.

I took my meds a few minutes ago. 'Will be sleepy in about 90 minutes.
