why do I do these things to myself?????
Seeing my last client today I was over talkative and opinionated...I hope I did not offend her. I think she found out that I am a flaming liberal!

great that you are a flaming liberal. how can you make yourself slow down? do you need some more medication? It sounds as if you are bombarding yourself in all directions. How can you be kind to yourself? You have made such great progress....give yourself a pat on the back. you need to slow down and let things flow more. easier said that done. baby steps at this point. remember how far you have come
