i know what you mean. some AD's i can't go near with a ten foot pole. but i know Zoloft. Taken it lots of times over more than a decade. i do well with it. the side effects do not last. thanks for the concern. i was feeling better, just not enough. it will take time for the dosage increase to help, and there are limits to what meds can do. there is also room to increase it more if need be. Dear Bizi i don't watch the news period except weather. i hear of things yes. i really don't want to talk about this, ok? ![]() ![]() ~ waves ~ |

no prob. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ---------------------- stupid virus wise, geez, this thing can't decide to go. seems like just a cold but i don't know if i had a temp as most of the early days i had it, i was on NSAIDs for migraine. then i had another migraine from the crying bout - and more NSAIDS yesterday and today. in between, i've sometimes felt like i do when i start to get a fever, but the thermometer said i was fine. ![]() ...which is the next thing on the charts. tomorrow i don't need to go out, so i have to re-find the clothes i packed for treadmill last time (should be stuffed in closet somewhere... can you say needle-in-haystack?) and lay out what i am going to wear to get there. it will be in the 20's when i leave for the doc's BRRRRRRR. ~ waves ~ |

-- i found the treadmill clothes. -- i think for street clothes i'll re-wear what i wore yesterday to pdoc's. i do also need to shower today though. ugh. cold. i don't want to get wet all over just now. besides, it's all so i can get real sweaty tomorrow and have to shower again as soon as i get home. ![]() many factors involved in this virus thing. i've been real stressed. i stopped taking the higher echinacea dose as soon as i started feeling better (mistake in this case...) my cycle started around then too - mom says that is a more vulnerable time for infection... sigh. i can't tell how "bad" the virus was because all the ibuprofen for the migraines would cover many sx... body aches, fever, sore throat. at a guess, this isn't a cold but a parainfluenza that has been going around... it takes about 10 days and it hasn't been that long yet, but considering everything else going on, and the fact that i've not been totally bedbound, i'm doing pretty well even if i'm unwell. i'm well enough to go do that test tomorrow. this stress test has me more and more stressed which doesn't help healing. the illness and migraines messed up my sleep, and now trying to "reset" for test is depriving me of it. the past 2 mornings i've tried to "practice" getting up early and have not done well. today i managed to get up at 8.30, but only after falling asleep again, alarm in hand, after it went off at 7 - without even taking my zoloft.... i cannot do that tomorrow - i must get up!... and i don't really want to involve the parents in waking me up!!! ~ waves ~ |

Good luck with all your preparations for tomorrows test.If you have two alarms set them a little out of your distance so you have to get up to turn them off.
Maybe you have a snooze button, you could set the alarm alittle earlier than needed if you want to snooze a bit before "having to get up". I am hoping that you feel better, am sure you will feel better less anxiety after tomorrow is behind you. hugs to you today. (((((HUGS)))) why not skip the shower, your just going to have to take one again tomorrow? just a thought. bizi

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i'm all set. oh i need to grab some hair thingies to keep it out of face... otherwise, all set. i have two alarms plus i asked my dad to set his. my phone has a snooze but i can't afford to snooze too much - can't set it too early or won't have enough sleep. i will not be asleep before 1 am, just because of my pattern lately, most likely, and i have to be out of bed 6.45 absolute latest. i know, that sucks about the shower. hated getting all clean just to get real dirty and have to shower again tomorrow. but i really needed a shower - and they will need to stick electrodes on me remember so at very least i was going to have to do a good torso rubdown ... i just went for the shower. no lobster this time LOL. i didn't use that scrubby thing - doubt i ever will again. washcloths have always worked why change. ok. well night night. i am so afraid i won't wake up. i can't wait for this to be over. i WISH they did them in the afternoons ... i asked.... but noooooo.... ARGGGHHH! ![]() ~ waves ~ off to get a hair thingie. |
