Default higher dose of risperdal

i saw my doctor yesterday and asked if I could be put on a higher dose of risperdal. he said fine so now I am on four m. of risperdal. I asked him if it might help with my negative thinking and he said yes. I don't know if it is going to be too much for me but I hope not.
A friend suggested that once it gets warmer for me to spend at least ten minutes a day in full sunlight and that might help my sleeping. I guess I will try it. I am plagued with negative thoughts and although i am getting more sleep than before I am constantly exhausted. I still can't call my aged uncle in connecticut because I don't have the emotional energy and I haven't instant messaged a good friend in missouri in so long and we used to chat every day. I just don't have the energy. everything is such an effort.
