Thank you mari!
I really want to drink tonight....I am resisting the urge. I think the problem is I am feeling anxiety from drinking a bunch of iced coffee at 4 pm(I had a caffeine head ache and will now try to remember what the resulting anxiety feels like at 7pm). And I am feeling tired and stressed. My back is sore from leaning over today. My business is picking up which is good but that means I work longer hours, am more tired... etc. I should go to the gym tonight this would distract me from drinking although I don't have anything in the house and don't plan on buying any. The bar just down the street calls my name. bizi who thinks a nap might help my back, some hot tea might help with the anxiety. I should go to the gym! bizi
