Bizi,so sorry to hear about Jeffs hip I hope that he recovers soon and that he's not in to much pain,have a safe trip home and please take care of your self as well as Jeff

Each day is going to get easier for him and for you. Does he have a couple of weeks before he goes back to work?

Can you get someone to come to the house and help the two of you with cleaning or even grocery shopping and laundry? Reach out to people.

Yes,and my feet are also size 14. Most shoes for men stop at size 13. BF

Oh Bizi how horrible to hear of this accident. I feel horrific for Jeff, but a sigh that isit was not a parent. Was it a misstep or did a step break? I would never want someone I love to break a hip, feel so bad for Jeff.
Glad to hear you both made it back okay and pain is controlled.

He slipped on some liquid on the basement floor and went air born and fell on his hip. and broke it had emergency surgery the day after christmas and we got home on monday. he is doing well. I am jsut worried about rain, he has a walker now to use when we go out. He is very stubborn. and wants to only use his crutches.
