Default PT today

I learned some new things to help with my shoulder. It helped with
my headache. And it helped with the issues that are grabbing on and not letting louse.

I am not sure what all has ahold of my neck. And shoulder. But at least
tonight its better. And I have some exercises to keep working with it.

I have to keep working with tension headaches to get better.

I am really pleased with the way my shoulder is progressing
with the therapy.

I have also learned the tension headache things. And they are working
so well. I am going to work with my DIL and see if they can help her.

I believe a lot of her headaches are the same kind. Not sure if this
would help my son or husband. So I will start with someone simple.
That would like some help.

Then move on.

Next, Derrick had the nicest surprise tonight. Christina, the cat decided
for the first time to jump up and sit in his lap while we were watching
tv. Its the first time after he adopted her that on her own she has done
that. Its so nice. She has been making it plain she is happy to be with
us, but just not to the degree she will join us yet.

I also have a update on my young man that was in care. He has been
out since last Tuesday. He will be going back to school Tomorrow.
Our meeting for him was today. It was the parents choice to wait till
today.

They had appts last week. And wanted to settle him in home first.
And get things started. He is going into a more stricted classroom.
And mom and dad realize that the school could have called the police
and they have been lucky.

Talk about losing some life. Wow, I was on skype with my boss.

And I kept getting phone calls. Well the first was the regular
phone. And my husband picked it up. So okay.

Then for some reason my cell phone started ringing. It rang
twice in a row. Not a usual accurrence. But instead of finding
it and seeing if it was important. Gosh my husband was standing
there getting ready to leave, and I wasn't sure why . But could
tell he was in a hurry.

It stopped I continued on my skype. It ended. I looked to see
who had been calling. It was Derrick, he wanted picked up.
Or that was what I was thinking he said, I couldn't understand
the rest of the message. I was panicking because I couldn't get
through to the room at school. Gosh this was all before school started.

It turned out he was not going to be able to go on his field trip and
wanted picked up and taken to work. He was afraid they wouldn't
let him miss more than one day. And the field trip is being rescheduled
for next Tuesday.

My husband had gone to get him it turned out, when I finally got through.
And he called me a few minutes later to let me know he had Derrick.

They must be on the way to work. Hoping they get a nice breakfast too.
Because Derrick doesn't have his lunch.

Hi, Donna,

Phone calls do that to me. They all come at the same time --- usually when I am already handling two things I absolutely have to attend to.

I am so glad your shoulder is feeling better and that they can teach you something for the tension headaches.

Thanks lady

It was a interesting trip to get Derrick. And it was a good intervention for the shelter today. They had a big group of cats, dogs and bunnies come in.
They really needed Derrick. So all was well.

Now one of my PSV's did the right thing last week, and she is having problems
now with the parent involved. But that is okay. The kids are okay and that
is what matters the most.

The mom and she had become friends, and mom decided to do some illegal
things in front of her. She had to call CPS on her.

But she had asked me first. And I had told her she had too.

And I had told my bosses about it. And today the mom, called them.

After threatening to last night. Oh well its life.

I hate it because she is brand new, the one someone had tried to say wasn't
going to work out. And she really is.

I'm sorry CPS had to be called, but glad that she did if it was necessary.

I am sure the shelter is grateful to have Derrick.
