Hey Steve,

I am sorry you lost allergy treatment d/t insurance hassles. That is hated.

It is almost impossible not to be exposed to airborne allergens... to some extent. :( I hope getting the air purifiers and the floors cleaned helps some, although I get the impression you always keep your place pretty clean.

I hope you're feeling better, anyway. :hug::hug::hug:

Hey Waves. Yes. There are to many air born allergens that are various sizes. The hepa filters cannot filter the smaller allergens. Air purifiers help a little. Along with the Ionic devices,I also have hepa filter devises in my den,kitchen,and bed rooms. I even have UV germ killing devices.They are all running now except for one which is near my shower which I'm about to get in. I smell odors from the other apartments,and two businesses in the building.

The only way that I can get away from the allergens is to get into a hazmat suit,with respirators,or oxygen.:laugh: BF:hug::hug::hug:

LOL... yeahhh, sometimes, I'd like to have access to a cleanroom -- you know, those super everything-free environments they use for manufacturing of semiconductors, medical products, etc. :D :hug::hug::hug:

Sorry to read this Steve, horrid life with the allergens. I recently read about putting something in the nose that catches the micro allergens. Wish I could remember what it was?
Feel better,
Di :hug:

Wild and busy day. Kicking heads and taking names.

Hi,

With almost no sleep I got energetic.
I straightened out the communication between the library and IT and got all the printers working so that library staff could take care of other more important stuff for me. :trampoline:

Then I led my own students through steps that required them to keep open three or four windows/tabs while I worked with them in the library's computer lab.
I was quick and cheerful and witty and insightful without being obnoxious. :p

==========
When I got home around 8:00 pm hubby was subdued!! :eek: :cool: :D
He was quiet. :) :) :)
He told me had seen an ophthalmologist that his optometrist had recommended two weeks ago.
He had a tiny procedure that freaked him out even in in the re-telling and seemed to be spent. No energy.

======
We were a pair.
I should have taken extra Klonopin.
I have not come down from the day. :Dancing-Chilli:
He is sleeping. :Zzzz:
