Thank you Mari. It's 18 degrees out here right now. Tomorrow, and the day after are suppose to go down in the single digits at night, but after seeing that Michigan blizzard on Astronomy picture of the day,I don't want to complain.:) BF:hug::hug::hug:

The good thing to remember is that it does not last forever.
It will warm up again.
For now, keep warm. :grouphug:

The picture has a story to tell --- about the people caught in that blizzard so many years ago.

(I still think it is o.k. to complain.) :)

Gosh, we were at 0 at 10 am this morning at least. And that didn't count
the wind chill. Someone please take this snow they are forecasting.

And the cold weather ugh. I had to cancel going to my niece's adoption
thanks to the really cold stuff coming tomorrow.

I am so tired of not getting to do what I plan.

That is wild, Bizi!

I talked to my mom. Her weather is similar to yours.
She was out in her garden picking mustard greens for dinner tonight.
Apparently, mustard and kale are hardy plants.

Well my weather, yep.

I got probably 2 inches of snow last night. But that wasn't our problem.

We had blowing, non visible weather, really bad. It was so bad that
they put us up to a travel 2 level. So it was you had to be careful traveling.

They were at one point saying essential or emergency only. They then
changed it to travel with caution.

You didn't find me out in it.

This morning they finally changed it at 8am. To Level 1 and the kids
could go to school. But its negatives, like -6 and then the wind chill
is 30 more putting it way below.

I am so ready for some better weather. Even just having a nice day
or two again.

I called myself in with my parent. And she had to cancel, because they
changed the time of the IEP. And she couldn't do it.

Then I called Derrick in.

they closed the schools for tomorrow!!!!! haha

Rain likely before 2am, then a chance of snow between 2am and 3am, then a chance of sleet after 3am. Cloudy, with a low around 27. Windy, with a northeast wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

they closed the schools for tomorrow!
even the university is closed!

Gosh, it was 4* when dgs left for school this morning but no delay even. Tomorrow morning there is a delay with below 0* by morning with a windchill factor.

We have squalls dropping 2 inches in a short period of time over the last week. I remember my grandma saying it's too cold to snow! It's just a dryer, powdery snow that blows off. But instead on 1 in to 12" of snow it's almost double.

I'm am so cold,
How many days to Spring?
