Wink Sharing a quotation

Hi,

I ran across this and it makes perfect sense right now.
Tomorrow it might feel different:

"Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night."

William Blake

Red face

well I can't think in the mornings due to the need of coffee. we eat at noon then I work then we eat at 6 then sleep at midnight. my best working hours are in the evening after dinner that is also the time for me to go to the gym unless I have a sinking spell(perimenopausal) and have to sleep after dinner and then I don't get anything done so that is frustrating.
WE are all different and have different needs wake sleep cycles. what ever works.

Thumbs up

I like the quotation because it breaks down our life into our most basic activities, regardless of when we do them.

Sounds just like my gram, and Grammy, but they threw in give blessing at meals, reading the bible before bed.

I guess many years ago everything ran better on schedules or routines. Milk the cows, plant the fields, harvest routine was a staple of life. I have my dads brother and his wife are 88, they have had the same routine their entire life. Just retired they do more at home.

Gosh I think that is part of my problem.

Even though I try to have a schedule. I can't schedule in time
for my paperwork to put in our record area. Its just getting harder
and harder as the years go on.

I really thought I was doing a good job. But the numbers aren't
showing what I thought I entered.

So I'm going to give you some thoughts can you tell me what you
think:

1. I have a notebooks with the entries name I put in. And date.
Then I mark it when I enter it.
a. Lots of times I have multiple on one day entries. I'm trying
to figure out how to make sure they are recorded, I have to enter
separate, because of our count.

2. I need to keep a record of what kind of contact:

a. Like case conference 11111
b. met parent 11111
c. phone or email 11111

and we have more

Materials sent

111111

Does this make sense.

Thanks Donna

no, am sorry this doesn't make sense to me. What are the 11111 supposed to represent? Are you trying to document contacts with clients? To record your job, what you do daily or is it to keep track of what you have done for each client, Is it to keep organized or to show what you have done or both?

Yes Bizi the 11111 were to document the number of times I recorded
for that person.

See I just wasn't making sense.

I may start over and redo a thread.

Donna,

Do you have a code for each entry?

For example you could have this for Monday, October 14:

========

Case Conferences Met Parents = CC MP

Phone = Ph
Email = Em
Materials Sent = MS

--------------

Or you could have a grid that you then check off:

MP. . . Ph . . . Em . . . MS

X. . . . X . . .. . . . . . . . X

In this case, I met the parents over the phone. Then I sent materials. There was no email.
Does that make sense?
