did anything trigger you? I gave up smoking twice once for eighteen years.
I still miss the comfort of it and the nurturing feeling it gave me. It is so hard abstaining from something that gives you so much pleasure. I could never smoke in moderation. it was all or nothing.

I was going to drink after 180 days, to try to drink moderately.
Had a snow day and canceled my clients due to poor bridges.
So I said what the heck might as well drink now!
Dumb, I obviously can't do moderation....no more for me. :(
Back to day one today.
The sun is out and melting all of the snow and ice from the roof but it is still 27 out.
Supposed to get up to 55 today, will believe it when I see it.
