Smile lessons in using a lap top

When my lap top sort of froze, someone showed me how to remove the battery to kind of reset it. They did not put the battery back in very well.

It took the better part of the next day for me to learn that the battery has to be solidly IN THE LAP TOP in order for the computer to work.
