Default not sleeping

Deeply depressed. It is a new kind of depression for me. This "new kind" has me worried.
'Seems like I have had it for about two weeks -- not sure.

It is 8:50 am and I am not in bed yet. Everything is so very confusing/ confused.

Bizi,

I don't know what the cause is. I have considered the brother visit.
I might feel better about thinking about seeing him when he is finished with his tugboat school/ training and will have schedule for a possible visit from me.

He lives where it is much colder than I am used to but the plane ride is reasonable (time wise and money wise).
The last time we connected with regard to the schedule, he and I
spoke of March and April being good times for both of us.
