I brush my teeth, and then put Xylitol in a cold purified drinking water bottle, and shake it up for awhile, and bring it with me to bed. I push the water with Xylitol between my teeth, and let it soak in where ever. It's suppose to be good for the nose, and inner ear.

I've used it for along time, but recently stopped because I'm using Probiotics. I'm not sure but the xylitol might kill the healthy bacteria that probiotics creat in the intestines. I may have this all wrong. I read something about that but I don't remember the source, and it may have been false.

I need to do some more research on Probiotics, and Xylitol. It's definitely good for the teeth. I'm going to stop here, and do a little research on this. BF:hug::hug::hug:

The KAL Xylitol has a spout so it's easy to poor into a bottle. One Teaspoon at night in a bottle is all that I use. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Oooowiii!!! I got into to much information on the subject. There are forums, and other information on the topic.

It's to early in the morning(For me late at night)to get into this type of research. One of them were for scientists because of the technical wording, and biochemical expertise in the subject matter. :Clever:
I also typed into Google,"Xylitol helps good bacterias", and got some possible yeses to that. To Much!!! My OCD might get started. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Steve,

You told us about this a few years ago.

Bryanna said that Xylitol made from Birch trees help to reduce tooth decay, and re-mineralize the enamel on teeth.

I googled it. Sure enough. There is Xylitol for sale made from Birch trees.
