I'm responding to something that I learned,so I'm Xing out Kal Xylitol. I believe that it's from China,with no birch origins,and may not help the teeth.

Zveet Xylitol (5 pound bags)no GMOs,is made from Birch trees. This looks like the best for the money.

I am chewing gum with xylitol after my big meal at night, helps with alcohol cravings and sweet cravings and gives my mouth something to do.:)

Good day today.
weighed 150 so happy about that. drank 2 cups of coffee with half and half and liquid stevia.
Slept in late, went to chris's for our usual lunch: chef salad with only turkey because I am trying to not eat ham, over a bed of cabbage instead of ice berg lettuce. white and yellow cheese were also on the salad, I used a remulaude dressing, yum!
Saw a couple of clients this afternoon. last little lady is 98 and loves bright red polish! We always have a nice visit, I was there almost 2 hours!
Aside from that:
I started using whitening strips for my teeth. I have only used them 3 times and I think my teeth are already whiter. They are unpleasant but my teeth were getting so yellow. I will put up with them, they work!
2 nights ago I started using acne free products again(like proactive with benzo peroxide but cheaper), was using acanya gel(clindimycin and benzo peroxide) at night but my co pay was going to go up to $80 so decided to go back to what I was using before my rosacea flare up 3 years ago. Wish me luck!
I started using Tom's tooth paste because I did not like that crest used sacharin and sodium laurel sulfate in their product.
dinner tonight included left over quinoa and tomato soup, 1 1/2 cups of cantelope and a smoothie(I used too much spices)kale and strawberries, protein powder, maca root powder, tumeric and other spices.
I also had 1/4 cup of smoked almonds...I know they are not good for me because of the artificial ingredients and too much salt!
Jeff is at the foot ball game getting rained on, light rain, it poured earlier and we were afraid it was going to rain heavily. It is being shown on espn2, I hope we still have a good turn out and that the marching band performs well. I am not into sports.
Jeff bought me my favorite mikes black cherry drink hard lemonade, not sure if/when I am going to drink them, may have one later, they are full of sugar which I am trying to avoid!

Slept well, remembered a dream which I normally don't.
It was all about money and trying to withdraw monies out of the bank and not being able to. A scarcity dream, I must be worrying about money.

I had 3 eggs with spinach and a side of brocolli and a cup of mixed fruit for lunch. then we went to the shrimp and petroleum festival out of town in morgan city.
had hurricanes to drink and bbq and white beans and potato salad and rice. very good. shared 3 hurricanes that were strong. spent the day there shopping and enjoying ourselves. bought an air plant and a t shirt for a friend of jeffs for christmas.
going out for more drinks so today is a drinking day.
