Time,and movement,and how we are to move in time.
For one thing,there is plenty of time. If we pace ourselves,their seems to be less anxiety. I'm pacing myself. I'm giving myself one,and one half hour to shower,and get ready for church. I am glad that you are having a relaxing morning getting ready for church.
We slept in late still full from our huge dinner last night. Could not sleep so took an extra klonipin at 3 am and was finally able to sleep. Got up at 10;30 to some beautiful flowers for our wedding anniversary. going to see the james brown movie today before it leaves the big theater. have a great day steve! bizi
