Derrick and I had a great time with my family. Or the ones that were there.
Dale wasn't feeling good, but forgot to call and tell me he wasn't coming. You can guess I got a little upset when no show by the time we had been eating for a while. Ugh, Derrick finally got ahold of him. My corn casserole was delicious if I say so myself. I love that it came out because its one of my favorite veggies. We also took a Red Velvet Cake that Derrick made. Donna

I used corn, both kinds. Crackers, eggs, and milk. I think that was all.
I don't make it often but was pretty sure that is what my mom used to do. The crackers need to be very crumbs. Donna

Ugh, I hate it when I'm sick. Had to cancel a fair last night.
And missed that a conference I had been working on had been scheduled for today. But that wasn't my fault. You can't expect someone to show up a couple hours after you send notice. But its been rescheduled for Thursday tentatively. Donna
