She wasn't a problem in the end. It was the bus companies fault she wasn't at the right place.
She kept her two disabled young adults, from getting scared. By listening to them. And telling them she would take their advice if she needed help finding someones house. By calling the person at the address for directions. Last Monday A week ago. He was on the bus for 1 1/2 hours or longer just because the driver wouldn't listen to anyone for directions.
