Just keep a eye on him. Many have lots of trouble with this mess.

Bizi, :hug::hug::hug:

It is stressful when our loved one is sick.

Take good care of yourself.

yes hubby goes back to school today. I think he is much better. He insisted he eat a cilantro chicken left overs yesterday for dinner. had alot of onions and green peppers and even some cayene peper. so not the smartest choice at all. But he seemed to do fine, my stomach was hurting after all of that so I took some mylanta then it got better so I went to the gym last night 8;30-10pm
walked 90 minutes again 5.25 miles at 3.5 mph. down to 150.5 this morning so am happy about that.

Bizi,

I am happy to hear that he is well and back to work.

Good job at the gym last night. You are doing such great things for yourself.

Until march 1st we don't have a deductible and have small copays. reduced costs for medications etc. we pay about 450$ monthly right now.
as of march 1st the premium will go down to $185. so that is good, just hope that we don't get sick. He is a state groups plan, a professor at the university here in louisiana, and I am an RN self employed. in the past year we have used our insurance to pay for physical therapy hubbys hip(he broke it 3 years ago), social worker therapy for me twice a month. walk in clinic visits for various ills. (small co-pays) I guess just normal stuff. now all of that will be out of pocket towards the deductible, which is now $4,000. I can't seem to get my lab results for my t4 and it is maddening me. Isn't it my right to have the results????? I have never had a deductible, do they only charge you the contracted rate? Do they still bill the insurance get a denial then that tells you how much you owe? Any body know how this works?

Bizi,

Call the insurance company for these questions. They will have a clear explanation of how it works.

Yes, you are supposed to have your results. In the past, sometimes they charged you for photocopy fees.

This is stuff can be stressful but it can be worked out.
