do you know what prompted you to buy the beer? is it possible that you can only drink one can. st pauli i think puts out an alcohol free beer. you have worked so hard and hopefully you have proved something to yourself. i still miss cigarettes and i know if i have one i will start smoking again. i can imagine the way you feel about alcohol. I guess I felt I was missing out on the fun of drinking. I don't know if it was the rejection from susan and paul or just rebellion. I did get on the scale and was NOT HAPPY. All of that hard work, the bloating and weight gain sigh I should not drink. got up at 11:15 this am.so I did sleep in. There is alot of alcohol left in the house. I was accepted to the group of the runners and asked them about joggers? so we will see if they write me back. I could call them and ask...there is a number, maybe I will just do that. bizi |

This is a binge. It is good to question what draws you into these... things like desire for the fun, like feeling hurt by Susan etc. Asking yourself these questions will build your awareness. The more awareness you have, the more you will be able to take charge, or choose different paths in the future. i was accepted to the runners group. the geaux run business was closed for the day. another member posted that I would be welcome to the group. so next sunday it is. I am going to try to jog on monday night my right hip still bothers me. it is musculature as well as joint pain/soreness.

I went over there tonight to meet some of them at the last minute. It was pouring down rain by the time I got there...had I run this I would have been a drenched rat!
I met several runners and they encouraged me to post that I was looking for a running partner, on the facebook page. The 2 ladies that I spoke with/ hung out with are running a 50K (32 mile) run thru sugar cane fields, 7 different plantations....wow! they were all very nice. Couple of them even ran with their dogs! There are other runs around town at 6pm I think on tuesday. Not that far from my house. I was happy to meet new people and they were all so nice. Jeff got a text from paul, susans husband. He said that susan may stay in north carolina for a while and then may go spend time at his sisters farm in wisconsin which is an excellent idea, except what to do with her daughter abigail who is 17. Paul is leaving to go to Iowa for 5 weeks soon and would leave susan alone with abigail. Not sure what is happening but at least there are some options. bizi |

Calling it way early. I have got this! 5-3 AF 5-4 AF gym, 5k=40:30, 60 min 4.76 miles, 5 miles in 65 min, not as good, harder! 5-5 AF, walked in neighborhood 2 miles 40 minutes. 5-6 AF gym 90 mins 10K 6.4 miles very tired hard and slow! 3miles 40 min then down hill Left hip is sore...will wait until next monday to go again...see if hip is better. 5-7 AF 5-8 AF 5-9 AF (107 AF, made it thru an art walk!) 5-10 AF 5-11 AF gym walked on tred mill 3.5 mph for one hour. hip is ok. 5-12 AF 5-13 AF gym jog 5 min then arc trainer for one hour, (fit bit 5.16 miles) hip was stiff. 5-14 AF walk in Neighborhood 2 miles (fit bit total 3.13 miles) 5-15 AF 5-16 AF gym one hour arc trainer, hip fine. 5-17 AF (115 AF) 5-18 AF 5-19 AF gym 60 minutes jog/walk 5-20 AF 2 mile walk in neighbor hood 5-21 AF gym 5 miles in 70 minutes, 4.55 miles in 60 minutes 5-22 AF 5-23 AF 139.5 (121AF) 5-24 mod 3 ciders, 5-25 143 this am, ran 1st 5K memorial day run! 5-25 DD 8 drinks (2 beers 3 margaritas, 3 black cherry mikes hard lemonaide) 5-26 Mod 3 mikes black cherry hard lemonaide 5-27 AF ran 4.88 miles in 60 minutes fit bit 6.5 miles total to day 5-28 Mod 3 drinks 5-29 did not sleep well last night...need to be AF again, weight gain bloated etc 5-29 DD beer tasting and 2 big beers..7:42 and I feel drunk. 5-30 DD 5 drinks 5-31 Mod 3 drinks- 146.5 this am June will be a dry month! bizi |
