Back home, had 90 emails! not too bad for 10 days away.
must have gained 5 pounds from eating and drinnking so much...
We had a good time with family and friends.

I was afraid to get on the scale this morning....
146. so easy to gain weight. Recklace eating and drinking make for the scale to not be too too happy. I should stop drinking until my next vacation perhaps this is bloat weight. I have 2 vacations in august. I plan on drinking for both of those. My goal is to stop drinking come september for 100 days.
At least this is my thinking.

met some friends and jeff at whole foods this evening they have a bar in there.
lol
we had a few drinks then came home.
they served cheese curds, yum!
I picked up some food off their hot food bar.:
turkey tetrazzinni and mac and cheese. very good.
pasta heavy but oh well.
Jeff went to meet with a buddy and have another beer. hope he is careful.
Think I will call him.
