WEll I ended up having 3 beers tonight when I meant to have none....

It all started when I went to the liquor store to buy some alcohol for my trip. very expensive in ny...so when I went in they were having a beer sampling going on so I said sure! well that was all it took. I bought my favorite beer mystery romp and chocolate coffee porter/stout.

I will be off line a week.

thanks mari, I did sleep pretty well. awoke at 330am just finished a cup of coffee and heading for one more, ate a banana which I never do, it was green and made my tongue tingle.
