have you thought of using any homeopathic remedies for your pain? there might be some and they can't hurt. Physical and mental pain are such a hard combo to deal with. You are great!

I didn't sleep well as usual and had a hard time getting out of bed. I start off so depressed. I put an order in at freshdirect for friday in case the monster storm they say we might have this weekend. I am usually good with the cold and can go without socks. The other day i wore two pairs of pants.
I been eating yams which are filling and lost a pound. It took a few days. I am not binging so much on food now that i eat a yam. i microwave it. I have been eating more broccoli but it is so expensive
I have been binging on shoes. I just bought two this morning and one yesterday and bid on two...one i adore. I am also trying to buy things for cecilia which she will pay me for. I bought a beautiful brown suede bag for her for a very good price. I really get a high darn it.

I will ask my psychiatrist. I looked it up and it said it was also good for binging.

Ebay is soooo addictive! I need a couple of things and am headed over there later today. I'm going to limit my time to an hour- period. I get sucked in.

I get the same high. just came from a walk and coffee with cecilia. she is thinking about the shoes i emailed her. she saw i was really manic. I was chattering. we met women young from serbia and we talked to them . then i found out that in sweden they have a state church were 97 per cent belong but only three percent go. cecilia only believes in herself and doesn't think she will meet her animals in heaven. I do.
I haven't been this high in a while.

when i binge i am not depressed. I am so excited about all the shoes..even the one i bought for Cecilia which she will pay for. I don't know if i am out of control because i am only buying what i really like.
