I'm sorry for all of these negative reports. I got discouraged last night, and before I knew it I became severely depressed. It took me hours to feel better. It was at about 3 AM. Three AM, to 6 AM are the loneliest times of the day for me. BF

I think that those are very lonely hours for many people who are unable to sleep well. I'm glad that you did end up feeling better Thinking of you BF

Different times of the day, and night, but not to well between 3, to 6 AM.
I had another bad period between 12 AM, and 1 AM today. It's like a dark cloud came over me, and I felt tremendous torment, and fear. No one understands this, and I don't know why this happens. I've heard all kinds of things over the years. Councilors should just listen, and not be so quick to speak. They have no clue, just as I have no clue why this happens to me. I don't know what this is. I guess that I inherited it. BF
