sleepy on the Ritalin?
 

Hi,

The Lunesta caused a small leg cramp the first morning.
Today the leg cramp was in the other leg and lasted longer and thus was
rather annoying.

Today I took the Ritalin for the first time. I took 1/2 of a 10 mgs tablet.
Forty-five mins after I took it, I had to sleep. :Zzzz: :Zzzz:
The nap lasted two hours!!!:confused:

I am not used to feeling not depressed.


I cannot explain my mood.

depressed
anxious.

I even did something new and kind of risky.

I am still having issues with driving. I was in an area unfamiliar to me
and got lost and only got home with the google maps app on my phone.

Yes,

But I often disagree with the app.

From the time I was a child, I had a fantastic sense of direction.
That changed in the last two years or so with the depression.

The apps often send me on the fastest route when then is not my goal.
Five extra minutes is ok. I want to be on roads that I am comfortable driving.


I finally gave up and gave in to the app. And it go me home.

It was a pretty little peaceful looking bird.

If it was not exactly that type of bird, I am pretty sure that I narrowed it down to a "dove."

Are you still taking the risperdal?

When I disagree with my GPS, or my phone app, I will take a turn in the direction I want to go in and it will autocorrect and reroute.

How have you been sleeping?

car registration.
 

When we needed to buy parking decals at work,
Hubby and I discovered that we do not have the
piece of paper that shows that the car I drive is
registered.

(Our cars are registered in his name and usually that works out
because he is more organized about paper work than I am.)

This time, the system did not work.

He is going to go to the state agency after work to get a replacement for me.

In the meantime, I am to stay home today -- even though I have been
driving for months without my document.:eek::cool::confused::(:)
