Rough day
 

Today was really really hard.

I took a half dose of Ritalin in the a.m. and got nauseated a a few hours later.
I sent someone for a couple of protein bars to help my stomach.


After that the day got worse because of sleep deprivation and whatever else
is going on. I have no idea how to cope or how to manage at my job.

When I came home, I put my slacks and blouse in the washing machine, opened a package of bologna from the fridge, and watched Netflix for four hours.

Yes I too feel sorry for your rotten day. I hate feeling nauseated.
hoping you are not coming down with something.
we have been watching seifeld and loving the reruns. And then some show that comes on after that, house of thorns or something like that. We stopped watching reruns of x-files or other. now we watch tv. and enjoy that.

I skipped a day of not taking the Risperdal and felt fine.

Last night I went back on the med and -- even with a lot of sleep -- felt like crap all day today.

MEDS and pill minder
 

I forgot to take my meds!

I usually take them sometime between 9:30/11:30.


I felt crappy and started getting anxious/upset with lots of things.


Then I noticed the pills sitting in the pill minder.
Thank goodness that hubby and I are using the pill minder.

I took the pills two minutes ago.

Using the pill minder helps me a lot. Sometimes I forget to take them though. The anxiety reminds me, too. If I get behind the wheel I can tell immediately, and usually turn around and go back home to take them.

After being home for almost two days I was going through information overload and starting to feel crazy from stress.


Finally, just before dark, I took a short walk in the neighborhood and
then drove to the grocery store for strawberries for hubby and chocolate for me.
The grocery store had been restocked mostly.
It was only missing bread and
C and D batteries. It had plenty of water.

The storm will start Thursday night I think but the messiness depends on
1. the track
2. the intensity

Because the storm is coming in at an odd angle, people wil experience
"results" based on what part of the county they live.

I wish there was more certainty as to the path of the storm.

which side of the storm/hurricane gets it the worst? I think it is the east side but am not sure. does that mean the worst of the storm will be on the water side?
trying to wrap my head around this storm.
