The national hurricane scientist (Not a T.V. guy)
just said that the hurricane force winds will not come our way.


We can expect tropical storm force winds tonight -- 39–73 mph.
We still have the potential of tornadoes.

I was depressed Sunday and getting more anxious and depressed as the day
wore on. I started catastrophizing.

Finally I asked Hubby to sit in the room with me reading his book or whatever
while I did an hour of easy yoga and pilates.
I feel better at the moment.

Too many phone calls to landline
 

The last three mornings I was awakened early by:

1. pipes in hubby's shower making a racket
2. hubby doing laundry
3. a work call for hubby.


Hubby fixed the shower sound on Saturday by doing some basic plumbing.
I also talked to him about laundry and other sounds while I am sleeping.

This morning I turned off the ringers of most of the handsets and let one
be set at very low. I hope that this helps us have less intrusion around here,
especially with sales calls and random stupid calls about the election and such.
