Thanks kay.
I weighed 162 this am!!!!!
So that is down 7 pounds in 4 weeks.
I am impatient to get this weight off of me.
I try to drink half a gallon of water kay...but am not keeping track...need to pay closer attention to that. Thanks for the reminder.
At this rate I should weigh 155 march 1st. We are going to the beach in march for a week. eating sandwiches. My parents are doing the low carb diet too.
It is going to take quite some time to not look pregnant....time.
7 pounds=28 sticks of butter!!!!
I can do this, I am doing this!

i lost another pound. I did have a cup of coffee with half and half and cecilia served me a cup of coffee with milk. I had steak which was delicious. I am going to have steak today and more black coffee. Still think this is mostly water weight. P.T. went well. she is really working on my fine motor skills. and a little on my leg muscles. she showed me some cutie pie pictures of kitty cat. the session lasted an hour.
I think my squabble with ebay has ended

You are doing really well Bizi! I think that you can get that weight off before your vacation! :)

I'm glad that you are getting your hands and legs done Bobby. I don't know why they dropped the ball and didn't send you to PT for your hands earlier tho. I'm so happy you like your PT :)
Are you drinking any water?

they did send me for my hands and fine motor control but it was mediocre.
I get so much more at this place...so much.
I drink a lot of coffee and seltzer. I dropped twos last night, I have lost six pounds, It doesn;t seem like real weight

this is great bobby!
yes the first few pounds is water weight but is nice seeing the scale change isn't it!
mine is probably water weight too.
But I will take it.
Do you like avocados? They have the healthy kind of fat and fiber that we need.

4 cups of coffee with half and half and stevia
lunch:
ground beef with egg plant and tomatoes, greek mousaka yummy one of my favorite dishes at sandras health food store and cafe!
side of bok choy and squash

Dinner
1 oz cheese
pork chop seared in coconut oil
and 1 cup mixed veggies
(green beans, squash, carrots, corn, red peppers)
vino
dark chocolate truffle yum!=5 carbs
2 pieces of gum which have a carb a piece!
