I have been eating a lot of ice cream -- I think I like the texture.

Maybe I should switch to HaloTop -- it takes almost as good
with fewer calories and more protein.

HALO TOP

Only 240 calories for a pint of my favorite flavor: chocolate chip mint.

I am a slave to texture...
That's gotten me into trouble with a lot of things, including ice cream.

I am eating WAY too much chocolate lately.
And I'm retaining water for some reason. Maybe that will get better once the lithium is completely out of my system tho. MD otherwise.
No scale for me for a while.

I am up 43 pounds since november 2015.
This has got to stop!!!!!
sigh

Try to stop looking back that far, Bizi. You'll only hurt yourself

When you feel like you are healthy and ready to diet, use that day's weight as a starting point and set a realistic goal for yourself :hug::hug:

Kay,

You have a fine sense of the practical.

Did you study cognitive behavioral therapy or did you achieve
the practical perspective some other way?

I have a tendency to intellectualize vs. emote. I think that's why I've been able to remain high-functioning outside of episodes and anxiety bombs. I don't know where it comes from, maybe out of necessity, but it's a good protective mechanism.
