You are brave to try another med, hopeful with you. ((((HUGS)))))
I ordered a bathing suit from on line and it has been 3 weeks and still no bathing suit. I wrote to them and they said they would expedite the order. yeah, we will see. I hope I get it before we go on vacation in 10 days. bizi

Depressed. Some anxiety.
But I am hanging out at home and sleeping. That is all I can manage: remind / force myself to sleep and watch tv or netflix. M |

So Hubby woke up and said he is worried about my staying up all night.
He really increased my anxiety and distress about how things are going. =-=-=- I did not hassle him because i wanted him to go back to sleep easily. M |

Water can be very soothing. I hope it helps you Mari, and I hope the things you ordered come sooner than expected and fit.
I'm glad that you are sleeping- I'm sorry that your husband upset you. I'm sure that he was coming from a good place because it sounds like he has been understanding in the past. Maybe you can have a conversation about the situation and how it is working out for you when the time is right for you

In the afternoon (Forgot to write down the time), I took half of a 10 mgs
Viibryd tablet with some rice. I felt weird for a few hours in several areas: stomach, maybe some anxiety, also feel some paresthesia in my head and limbs and everywhere else. =-=- Now I am getting sleepy even though I slept and only woke up at 2:00 p.m. =-=- I am going to talk myself into trying the other half of the pill tomorrow. M |

May I ask if you feel paresthesia at half a dose, why take a full dose?

Hi, Bizi,
It was slight paresthesia that lasted a short time. I took one half pill on Monday. I will take the other half pill on Tuesday. I am trying to be hopeful. M |

Manic brother responded on FB to an aunt who married into the family.
Aunt asked something about our two dogs from childhood. Aunt is a fierce animal lover. Manic brother vomits a bunch of 50 cent words about how the dogs passed. He is rude and crude -- both to the aunt (who is a beautiful person) and to my other siblings who responded. SO I TOOK MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE TO HER OUTED HIM AS UN-MEDICATED BIPOLAR. She understands alot about un medicated bipolar because her husband (my uncle) has two grown bipolar kids from his first marriage who are not on meds -- have messy lives. M |

I'm glad you are hopeful about the new med and that the parashesias passed quickly
 I'm sorry about your brother's comments on FB. I think it was good that you explained his problems to your aunt. Since she has an understanding of unmedicated BP she will be understanding and be a hell of a lot less likely to take any of his future comments personally
