Yesterday was horrible.
Then it got a little worse when the dentist sent a reminder of my 3:30 appt and I had to try to stay awake so that I did not fall asleep and sleep through the appt. =-=- Anyway, I they gave me nitrous oxide and I was in the chair for almost an hour. I fell asleep while the dentist was working on me! When they were all finished, I asked: "Was I asleep?" Dentist answered, "Yes, you were in and out a little." I felt so good. On the way home I stopped to buy some soft Nutrigrain bars at the nearby CVS. Then spoke to my father and then to my sister. Then ate the bars. =-=-=-= Instead of falling asleep sitting (half watching to or on the computer). I actually managed to get myself into the bed and with my cpap before I fell asleep in some weird non restful place. Then I slept!!  So I have no idea how many hours was asleep. I feel o.k. right now. M |

I wish that things were easier, and hope that they will get easier soon I'm glad that you got some sleep, and are feeling okay now
