Took a shower today!
Last night, I Did 3 loads of laundry, folded 2/3 of them.
Tonight, we Went out to eat (ate way too much!!!!) with some friends saying a good bye to my best friend ((((I will miss her)))). I bought her a pretty purple bracelet and a gift card to kohls to buy some clothes, school or work. Hoping to help her out.
She doesn't leave until the 3rd officially or there abouts.
She said that she would be at whole foods on friday for trivia.
Jeff won't be there as he is traveling to colorado for a few days, he will be back tuesday.
I don't like being alone......

It was sweet of you to give your friend the gifts. I hope you can meet up with her for trivia Friday, so you can soak as much as her up as possible before she leaves

My mom bought a car for herself paid with cash (yes real cash) and she bought me one with cash too. I actually thought she was joking when she asked me if I wanted a car. lol Then we went to Joes Crab Shack. Damn near burn my mouth off. The crabs I ordered were spicy

I am thinking about getting a new car.

I am getting hypo or I have OCD.
I have been compelled to do things that are not normal for me and are digns of impending mania.

Increased negative activities...Eating, Drinking, internet, and not picking.

All of these things point to my bipolr where my pdoc thinks so or not.
Talked with Jeff last night and decided that I needed to go back to my full 20mg of abilify to see if that will help lessen my symptoms.
I also took 10 mg of zyprexa last night because I wanted to sleep and needed it.
Must get going because I am running behind and I see my pdoc this morning.

I think a lot of your milder episodes fly under your radar. So if you are feeling like you are hypo and heading towards mania, you must have good reason, and I'm glad you are trusting your instincts. There are reasons why you don't trust your pdoc. Maybe it's because she doesn't trust your instincts?

I'm glad you've decided to medicate. I know that Zyprexa has worked for you in the past, and you know the proper dosing, but I would raise the Abilify slowly though... maybe by 5mg every other day at most to minimize s/e.
