I can't believe that I stayed up this late!!!!!!!
not going to set my alarm....need to get to a 1pm hair appointment. This is the latest I have stayed up in a very long time. Still need to finish getting ready for bed. good night!....It is 4:35am! need to go to bed!!!!! I am taking 10mg of zyprexa tonight.... bizi

Got up at 11;40 shut the alarm, had set it for noon.

took my meds and am going to bed right a way.
am getting up at 8 for my ride to a yoga brunch. I don't think I will do yoga but will socialize...yeah right.  I do know one man there who is not doing the 1 1/2 hour long yoga. So I can talk to george and drink mimosas.  I am starting to plan a trip with a girl friend to go to nashville tenn to listen to some blue grass music.Dolly world is too far away as is knoxville. Doris my friend wants to go to see her mother in mississippi so that will be our first stop. good night bizi

after taking my night meds then taking an extra 10mg of zyprexa I felt a weird sensation...pin pricks in different areas of my body.
It was painful. Don't know if this was from the zyprexa, but will refrain from taking it as long as I can. ((((HUGS)))) bizi

I accidentally set my alarm wrong last night.
I was to get up at 7:45. I woke up at 8:43, just as my friend was getting here to pick me up. We were joining other people to go out of town for a yoga brunch. So she texted me the directions to her place. The yoga was going to be challenging for me but I was willing to try it. It was for 1 1/2 hour long but included other aspects of meditation, gongs etc. I guess it was not in the cards for me this morning. Was really ambivalent about doing the yoga, oh well it is what it is. I already paid for the brunch so I will just go later, yoga last until11am so I have plenty of time to now get dressed and find the place before brunch. bizi

I got there before 11 and there were 30 people under the oaks doing yoga. I met up with my friends when they were finished.
The brunch was delicious! They call it farm to table, everything from scratch! waffle pieces with fig, cayene pepper chutney stuffed jalepeno pepper with feta and pork Roasted okra green gaspacho or bone broth warm humus with a falafal bite to eat. squash smoothered with pork green baby loofa sponge...different and taste like squash. Shrimp over cos cos It was all delicious! I also had some mimosas made with Kombuchi and limonelli and champagne very good. walked around the lake to see the small chapel it was lovely. The home was interesting. Lots of collectables. Antiques were plentiful and I enjoyed the old medicine bottles in the bath room. It would be a really special place to have a party or wedding under the huge live oak trees looking over the water. I asked the man who owns the home, he doesn't live there but lives in the blue house next door. He said he would rent it for $250. hmmm something to think about and I told my friend erika about it she is looking for wedding venues for next year. I contacted my friend who is mad at me. Asked her if she wanted to do dinner tonight. Have not heard from her....sigh So I wrote a letter to her..... bizi

Wrote a letter of apology to a friend of mine for being insensitive to her needs. Hubby is gone with a friend to colorado, he will be back tomorrow night.
I am having an early lunch with this friend, thinking now that I will just give her this letter. I see my therapist this morning. Perhaps I can talk about this with her??? Then I am having dinner with an acquaintance tonight that I met at whole foods bar. We have been friendly off and on for a while. She Hs the prettiest long curly bright purple hair! She is a baker for whole foods and does artzy cakes on the side. She does beautiful wedding cakes! have a good day yall! bizi
