Thank you ladies!
I took 3 caplets 2 days and it worked... Need to make a point of drinking more water! I believe that was the problem. It was easy drinking enough before when it was hot, now that it is cooler I don't need to drink as much or rather I don't feel like it. So I just must get back into the habit, one glass after each client. 179 weight 2 days in a row. yes out of the 180's! I believe I will take this weight off now that I am more stable and in control. Our bed frame broke last night, the middle leg bent at the head of the bed. What a PITA! Had to take apart the whole bed, it weighs a ton and try to fix it at 11pm. Moved the frame around so that the other leg was at the head of the bed to support our weight. UGH! I thought I was done with menopause, wrong! period came 2 days ago... sigh have a good day yall. I see robin my tdoc this morning. Nice to report good news. A friend of mine asked me to go to chuys this evening after work...they have free nachos bar and happy hours cheap margaritas. I declined saying that I was working late and that I was trying to not drink and lose weight. She had become a drinking buddy. We go to lunch together on occasion too. When she contacted me this morning I was confused, I thought she started a new job out of town. So will wait for her reply. I printed off a 20% coupon for bone fish grill for dinner tonight and we still have a gift card left over. (I love their lilly's chicken, with basil, artichokes, spinach, goat cheese and lemon butter sauce, yummy). There is nothing ready to fix, just took out some things to thaw just now. I am working late tonight out of town for a new client. need to get moving...nice to not have an 8;30am appointment, love not setting an alarm. bizi

Really weird.
I looked out door window to know how to dress, and get my boots if necessary. Saw snowflakes, so did both. Went to go out about 5 to 10 minutes later. None falling at all. As if I dreamed it. Donna

Tomorrow is a christmas dinner party. I don't think I can diet and not drink.... wish me luck! bizi
