As soon as I woke up this morning I could tell I forgot to take my pills (which include 700mg of Seroquel) last night. I feel f***ing rotten, like I'm going through withdrawls or something. There is NO WAY I can sleep this feeling off either... it sucks.

I threw out the idea of doing the laundry today, and planned on running several errands and doing the grocery shopping. I won't get as much done as I'd like feeling this way, but I'm sure I'll get to the supermarket at some point. Corey won't be home until after 6pm tinight, so I have plenty of time to get there.

When the car stereo came yesterday, he signed for it because I was taking a nap. He wanted to open it as soon as I woke up, and after he did, he started wiring the back of the thing right away so it would be ready to connect to the car. This is something that obviously interests him, so I think he will install the stereo this weekend after all. I wish he would show more interest in other things that need attention around here...

I started on my diet 2 weeks ago. I've cheated... had 1/2 a pizza and FF one night, and have even eaten (A LOT of) cool whip out of the container like it was ice cream
But I've lost an even 9lbs during that time, and another 2-3 pounds before I officially started dieting. I can tell I lost weight, and my clothes are fitting me much better
Corey fell off the wagon a long time ago tho lol.

oh kay.
I am sorry that you forgot your meds last night. Wonder how you can sleep with out them, I could not. If I am not asleep after an hour than I would remember that I had forgotten to take my meds and get up and take them.
I rarely do this thank goodness.
I have a routine set up to taking them. half of them are next to my tooth brush and the other half are in the cabinet. I take my meds the same time that I set up my noon meds for tomorrow.

Did you take some of the Seroquel in the morning or do you wait until the
evening to take yesterday's dose.

Yes. It works for some people. Sometimes the first few days are a little hard.

It is a good diet, and safe if done right. I do worry that you are a diabetic.
Are you going to be ordering food from them or cooking for yourself?

ordering food from them. last time I had my a1c it was 5.9

I had to move my night pills into a drawer in the bathroom because I was taking them in the morning by accident (NO FUN) and had to put them far, far away from my am pills.
I went a little off my usual routine, and I guess that's all it took. I'm sure the fact that I was high didn't help.
I've made plenty of med errors before, but I can't remember ever forgetting to take my nighttime pills, at least not in recent history.

My nighttime pills don't have the same sedative effect that they once had, and I can usually just fall asleep because I'm always tired, so I probably wouldn't notice I didn't take them. They don't play nice with Klonopin tho, so I will take one on occasion if I can't fall asleep. I smoke pot before I go to bed now, so I go right out anyway.

I take 700mg of Seroquel at night and 100mg in the morning. I was so f***ing miserable, I seriously considered taking another 100mg, but decided it wasn't a good idea because I would have to go out at some point. I took another 1mg of Klonopin instead, and ended up laying down at 11am and got some s*** sleep before getting out of bed around 2pm and taking a shower.

When I got up I felt okay to drive because I wouldn't be driving far. I played the lottery and put gas in my car. It was freezing out. So, at that point, I decided grocery shopping was NOT happening, but I did stop at CVS to pick up a prescription.

We ended up ordering Chinese food. It was disgusting... totally not worth the cheat. I'm not weighing myself today. I need to drink a lot of water to flush all the sodium out of my body.

I feel a lot better this morning, but not quite right, and my anxiety is really high. I have no choice but to break my rule and take an extra 1/2mg of Klonopin before I leave home this morning.

I have an appointment with the neck ortho at 9:45am today. I'm happy it's an early appointment, so I'll be able to get some errands done before I have to go grocery shopping.

I'm glad that you are ordering food from them. That way you will get all the nutrients you need. It is very easy on phase 1 of the diet to take it too far and end up starving yourself if you go it alone, especially if you don't like to, or it's inconvenient to, cook.

I think you will like the diet. I know that you like (at least some) veggies. They have some shakes that are supposed to be very good.

If you follow the diet without too many cheats, you WILL lose weight
