Yesterday I heard on the radio that they were calling for blood donations, especially universal O negative.
I am not sure of my blood type but I drove there after the dentist.
It was a long wait.

Then I stopped by my friend's house and we talked

Long day.

I am going to watch some t.v. and go to bed I hope with the "NEW" face mask.

Hey Mari. That scared feeling is hard to control. It can go very deeply, and it's very hard to explain. I know the feelings,tormenting thoughts, and freezing up emotionally. Live one day at a time, and do what I do. Read through the Psalm. It is very comforting. Hang in there. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I might bring the cleaning lady back -- but I have to wait for time when I am less angry w her.
